座位贴协议(替换「座位表协议——正文表格即真相」一节):一座位一贴、单写手、label:pm:seat 即索引、#4604 改指针页;交接收尾七步清单;空缺争用的残余竞态纪律。GitHub 侧迁移已于同日先行执行:12 张座位贴 #6015–#6026 逐字迁移自 #4604 迁移前正文(编辑历史可查),#4604 已指针化并留审计评论。动因:issue 正文 PATCH 为全文覆盖、无 CAS,多写手单 body 的并发互吞 08-06 一天内多次实测,机制上防不住,只能改单写手结构。

Queue-kick audit (lane side, 2026-08-06 ~18:1xZ). This PR entered the merge queue at 16:44:44Z, then disappeared from the queue branches without landing (auto-merge dropped with it). Signature check: this PR's own checks are all green on head 0da5295 and no merge-group failure was reported against it — the old queue chain (which also carried #5999/#6010) was torn down and rebuilt, so this is a collateral kick from a batch failure ahead, not a defect of this PR. Queue-kick audit, refined (2nd kick, ~18:5xZ) — correcting my earlier "collateral kick" reading in the same public place (Operational notes 7).

Root cause is GitHub Actions platform degradation, not any PR's defect and not an ordinary flaky-ahead: of the last 30 merge_group workflow runs, 21 are stuck in queued and never started (17:36Z-18:11Z, fleet-wide across pr-5999/6012/6013/6029/6030/6031/6034/6042); the only two failure conclusions (17:36Z, pr-5999/pr-6031 Lint & Type Check) match the action-download Bad Gateway / Service Unavailable infra signature first seen on this PR at 15:34Z. Mechanism: merge-group checks never complete → the queue times out the batch → tears it down → ejects members (this PR twice, main frozen at 9e3709a for ~3h).

Action: parking this PR un-queued until runners recover — a third re-enqueue while runners are starved would only be timed out and kicked again. Re-enqueue condition: merge_group runs are being picked up and completing again (my next checkpoint verifies this before re-enabling auto-merge). Queue steward: this is a queue-wide stall, not a per-PR signature — nothing in the #5810 ledger applies; no PR in the current queue should be re-spun until runners recover.

⛔ merge queue 构建失败 — 先分诊，再决定要不要重排

队列构建 31122295540 红了。队列跑的是全量套件（PR 侧 CI 只跑 affected 子集），
