refactor: adopt shared OpenClaw design system

Summary

• install the public openclaw/design-system runtime package at v0.0.1 and its five agent skills from the moving repository source
• bundle canonical tokens, typography, product themes, and shared component primitives into the generated docs shell
• replace applicable hardcoded colors, radii, spacing, typography, shadows, and motion values with --oc-* tokens
• apply shared actions, cards, pills, and app-surface primitives where their contracts match
• replace the design-only updater with the generic project skills updater
• close the Mermaid overlay correctly during same-document history navigation
• remove stale Codex context-engine harness links from 20 translated taxonomy pages after the mirrored source pages were deleted on current main

• merge fix: make design skills compatible with generic updates carapace#6 before this PR

Validation

• npm test (3 passed)
• npm run docs:check
• full docs build: 27,969 pages; Pagefind indexed 14,330 pages
• docs smoke and Playwright visual suites passed
• actionlint .github/workflows/update-skills.yml
• disposable skills@1.5.15 update --project --yes run refreshed all five design skills
• design audit: 0 legacy token aliases; 0 raw radius declarations; 640 canonical token references
• autoreview: no accepted actionable findings; dependency-order findings are resolved by fix: make design skills compatible with generic updates carapace#6
