Summary

  • pin @openclaw/design-system to private release v0.0.1
  • commit the root design router and four focused project skills alongside existing docs skills
  • add skills-lock.json plus a reproducible skills:install command pinned to skills@1.5.15

Validation

  • clean-clone npm ci
  • resolved @openclaw/design-system/tokens.css from commit 7b097d7
  • clean-clone npm run skills:install restored all five skills
  • npm test (3 passing)
  • npm run docs:build:preview

Merge blocker

openclaw/design-system is private under current organization policy. Hosted CI and Dependabot cannot read this SSH Git dependency until the repository becomes public or this consumer receives an explicit cross-repository credential. Local authenticated installs are verified; do not merge while this draft blocker remains.

Superseded by #95, which now contains the complete install, migration, automation, and canonical-token remediation directly against main.
