| Four (4) Board Members are returning to build on work already underway: ** Addie Cobb ** (Chair), ** Jeff Bailey** (Secretary ), ** Yuki Hattori** (Member), and ** Isabel Drost-Fromm** (Member). Alongside them, ** Tom Sadler** continues as a non-director Foundation Officer, as the Assistant Treasurer. Their continuity means a lot to the Foundation, and we're grateful to those who took up a new role during the appointment. |

…member count Yuki Hattori resigned from the board on 2026-07-10 and isn't part of this announcement per feedback on this PR. Removing him from the outgoing-thanks line leaves only three returning members (Addie Cobb, Jeff Bailey, Isabel Drost-Fromm), so corrects "Four (4)" to "Three (3)" to match.
