Refactored redundant object properties in `simple-git-version.ts` for cleaner code. Removed `--dryRun` flag from `nx-release-publish` task to align with execution context. Updated `npm-tasks.ts` to conditionally use `npm ci` for CI environments and `npm install` otherwise.
