This PR adds support to
#[versioned()]to generateFromimpls for downgrading.It also changes the
convert_withparameter of thechanged()action accordingly to support customizing both the upgrade and downgrade conversion function. There are now two separate parameters:upgrade_withanddowngrade_with.
