Formula Description

Add formulas 6.36-6.38 from Eurocode 1993-1-1.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Add the formula to the code
  • Add latex expression to the formula
  • Add unittests
  • Add docstrings
  • Update table in docs with classname(s)
