Introduce UuidKeyGenTest, TextKeyGenTest, and KeyGenTestSupport with coverage for constructors, prefix/timestamp embedding, all nextValue overloads, UUID version/variant handling, base64 text format, and BaseKeyGen helper methods used by both generators.
