Summary
PR #294 fixed the missing imbalance/missing%/skew summary line, but only in the CLI's HTML report - the original issue also covered the web profiler's downloaded report, which was still silently dropping it. So I ported the same line and styling into buildHtmlReport(), plus a tiny formatting fix so zero-delta rows match the Python output (+0.0 pp), making all four views - terminal, live page, CLI HTML, download - show identical info.
