Summary

Adds a Sep 17, 2026 changelog entry covering the Batch Compliance API migration from GCS-backed URLs to api.x.com signed URLs.

Changes

  • New X API v2 entry noting upload_url / download_url now live on api.x.com with upload_expires_at / download_expires_at fields.
  • Calls out the new requirement that byte-path requests carry the App's Authorization: Bearer header.
  • Summarizes limits (1 GiB single PUT, one active job per type), status codes (403/409/413), the expanded action/reason contract (rehydrate/tweet_edited, scrub_geo/geo_scrubbed, deleted_at alias), and the cancel endpoint.
  • Links to the introduction, quickstart, and integration guide.

Context

Reflects PR #410 (Rewrite batch-compliance docs for the api.x.com byte-path flow) merged to main — the only product-affecting change since the previous changelog entry.
