Adds a weekly changelog roundup summarizing X Ads API updates that shipped Sep 15–17, 2026.

Changes

• New <Update> at the top of changelog.mdx grouped as New features, Updates, Bug fixes
• Covers: Lead Generation API, Conversion API GTM server-side template, REGIONS segmentation for Analytics
• Existing per-item <Update> entries left in place for detailed reference

Context

Triggered by the last merge to main. No new product PRs were available beyond the three existing per-item entries this week; the roundup consolidates them into a skimmable weekly post per request. No bug-fix items were shipped this week, so that section was omitted.
