Summary

Adds this week's changelog entries covering product changes shipped since the Sep 15 Lead Generation API entry.

Changes

• New: Livestream API is now available under the Enterprise plan (stream sources, broadcast lifecycle, scheduled broadcasts, live chat read/send, chat moderation).
• New: Broadcast chat moderator endpoints (POST / GET / DELETE /2/broadcasts/chat/moderators) — up to 20 delegated moderators per broadcaster.
• Update: X Activity API accepts a post_id qualifier on like.create subscriptions.
