Changes

• New — Livestream API launch (docs: publish Livestream API section #414): announces the new Livestream API product, including Sources, Broadcasts, Scheduled Broadcasts, and Live Chat, with an Enterprise-access callout.
• New — Broadcast chat moderator endpoints (Add broadcast chat moderator endpoints #416): documents GET, POST, and DELETE /2/broadcasts/chat/moderators, plus the 20-moderator-per-user cap.
• Updated — post_id filter qualifier for XAA like.create (Add post_id qualifier for like.create events #412): notes the new qualifier that scopes like.create subscriptions to a specific Post.

Context

Supersedes the three per-PR draft changelog PRs (#413, #415, #417). Those can be closed in favor of this consolidated weekly entry.
