Open latest post from Stats summary card

Description

Fixes https://linear.app/a8c/issue/CMM-2313

To reproduce the issue: In Jetpack, open Stats, select Insights, and tap the populated Latest Post Summary card. Nothing happens.

Tapping the card now opens the post in the authenticated browser. The no-data state remains unchanged.
