Add Zoomies under Continuous Integration & Delivery / On-premises. Zoomies is a free, open-source GitHub Actions runner manager with autoscaling and a web UI.

The entry uses a 66-character description ending with a full stop. Previous issues and PRs were checked for duplicates. git diff --check passed. The target is main, the current default branch.
