This pull request addresses

Hold/resume functionality breaking after any recording pause/resume cycle. The SDK's hold() method was reading mediaResourceId from a top-level task data field that gets wiped by recording event reconciliation, causing subsequent hold requests to send an empty mediaResourceId to the backend.

by making the following changes

• Bumped @webex/contact-center from 3.11.0-next.20 to 3.12.0-next.14 in packages/contact-center/store/package.json
• SDK fix (fix(contact-center): read mediaResourceId from interaction.media in hold() to match resume() webex-js-sdk#4848): hold() now reads mediaResourceId from interaction.media[mainInteractionId] — consistent with how resume() already reads it
