feat(web): publish current Varo release data

Why

Varo is now published as @varo-ui/cli 2.1.0, but weapp.dev still presented it as planned, linked the retired package name, and showed an outdated documentation homepage.

Scope

• mark Varo stable and publish the current package, documentation, install command, version, downloads, and stars
• replace planned-state copy across the bilingual site, README, SEO, and LLM indexes
• capture the current Registry-first documentation homepage at 1440×990 and keep its source in the media generation path
• align content, SEO, toolchain, and browser coverage with the released project

Blast Radius

Content and generated media for Varo only. The planned weapp-sqlite behavior remains unchanged.

Verification

• pnpm exec vitest run src/content.test.ts src/lib/seo.test.ts src/lib/toolchain.test.ts src/components/home/demos/presets.test.ts — 29 tests passed
• pnpm check — 0 errors and 0 warnings
• pnpm build — 24 pages built; 29 required outputs and all internal links validated
• Playwright desktop Varo release test passed
• Playwright zh-CN and English toolchain status tests passed
• Browser smoke confirmed Stable, v2.1.0, 195 weekly downloads, @varo-ui/cli, canonical docs/npm links, and the 1440×990 documentation image
