Follow-up to #4, which merged before this commit landed. Adds
$schemato the integration reference plugin so the suite exercises the layout the tool now requires, and gives each harness test an explicit "Checks:" list.Verified: 4/4 pass on Codex 0.150.0, and the Codex test fails on 0.147.0, which is the behaviour the overlay fix changes.
