Note

Low Risk
Mechanical version bump and generated loader strings only; no compiler or plugin logic changes.

Overview
Releases @oxc-angular/vite 0.0.34 by bumping the version in napi/angular-compiler/package.json.

The NAPI-RS loader in napi/angular-compiler/index.js now expects @oxc-angular/binding-* packages at 0.0.34 (checks and mismatch error text updated from 0.0.33 across all platform/arch fallbacks when NAPI_RS_ENFORCE_VERSION_CHECK is enabled).
