docs: added french docs, and fixed translateds docs refs

This pull request adds a full French translation of the documentation and updates all language versions to include links to the new translation. The main change is the introduction of README.fr.md, which provides comprehensive documentation for French-speaking users. Additionally, the translation lists in the various README files have been updated to include French, ensuring consistency across all supported languages.

Internationalization improvements:

• Added a complete French translation of the documentation in README.fr.md.
• Updated translation lists in README.md, README.es.md, README.pt.md, README.id.md, and README.tr.md to include a link to the new French translation, ensuring all language versions are synchronized. [1] [2] [3] [4] [5]

Hi,

First of all, thank you so much for the effort and time you put into translating the readme.

However, I’ve been thinking for a while now that adding languages to the project is becoming a problem. There are many translations (which is awesome), but they quickly become outdated. The project evolves, but the information reflected in those translations often becomes useless or even contradictory.

Additionally, the next version (v1.0 https://github.com/voidcosmos/npkill/tree/docs/1-0-0) significantly changes the structure and includes much more documentation in other MD files, so this PR would still be confusing.

For these reasons, I will be closing this PR.

If you're up to, I still want to contribute actively in npkill because I like the project. Also, if you want to add languages back, I'm up to maintain it actively as well :D

Also the PR doesn't add only a French langage but fixed multiples, still, you can close it :)
