🧪 [Testing Improvement] Add comprehensive test for ArrayList.pop()#65
🧪 [Testing Improvement] Add comprehensive test for ArrayList.pop()#65
Conversation
Addresses the testing gap in ArrayList.pop() where there was no comprehensive verification of all behaviors. Added test "ArrayList pop does not shrink capacity" which asserts that elements pop in LIFO order correctly, that len decreases correctly, that empty state returns null properly, and crucially, that the internal capacity is not wrongly shrunk by the pop method. 🎯 What: Adds comprehensive test coverage to address an untracked gap in
ArrayList.popfunctionality.📊 Coverage: Specifically validates correct behavior regarding items popped (LIFO order), the
lendecrements, handling of popping past size 0 (returnsnull), and ensuringcapacitydoes not shrink.✨ Result: Substantially increases reliability and coverage of core data structures.
