Testing the changes
perl-taintingis deprecated (https://metacpan.org/dist/tainting), and was only a dependency ofperl-File-Write-Rotate, a dependency ofperl-Proc-Governuntil #59973Since the list of dists currently depending of those (https://metacpan.org/dist/tainting/requires, https://metacpan.org/dist/File-Write-Rotate/requires) is fairly low, I suggest removing both packages.
