Testing the changes
I can confirm that lazarus can be installed and appears to be functional, but I've never used it and cannot really test it. I updated these packages in order to try out HeidiSQL (which compiles with these updates).
Local build testing
Updated the licenses to fix xlint complaints. I did not see "or later" clauses for the licenses.
