Explain:

domonic has been actively developed since 2020 and provides something
distinct from the existing HTML Manipulation entries: a browser-style DOM
implemented in Python.

It supports HTML creation and parsing, querySelector/querySelectorAll,
getElementById, DOM traversal and mutation, CSS selectors, XPath, SVG/XML,
multiple parser backends, and browser/Web APIs.

It has 100+ GitHub stars, longstanding PyPI usage, active development,
extensive documentation and tests, and is currently the #2 Python project
listed under GitHub's dom topic by stars.

Displacement

If the use case is at its cap, name the entry your project replaces and argue that yours does that entry's job better. One in, one out.

@byteface Thanks for the submission. HTML Manipulation is already at the five-entry cap, and the contribution guidelines require naming an existing entry to replace and showing that the proposed project does that entry’s job better. Since this PR does not make a displacement case, we can’t accept it.
