feat(starter): add TokenLab Model Explorer

Summary

• add a deployable Streamable HTTP MCP server with an interactive model explorer widget
• browse TokenLab public model metadata and pricing without requiring an API key
• generate copyable examples for Chat Completions, Responses, Anthropic Messages, and Gemini generateContent
• include Vercel template metadata, a one-click deploy URL, and a public live demo

Validation

• pnpm test
• live /widget returned HTTP 200
• live MCP initialize returned HTTP 200 and the expected server info

The starter reads only public discovery data by default; generated inference snippets reference $TOKENLAB_API_KEY without accepting or storing credentials.
