Moves off the v1 pin that runs on the deprecated Node 20 runtime; v3.2.0 runs on node24. Also switches from the now-deprecated app-id input to client-id (GH_APP_VECTORDOTDEV_BOT_CLIENT_ID). private-key is unchanged.
