Fresh evidence after the prior review is that the release template still filters changelog groups only by .type and never reads .breaking (website/layouts/releases/single.html uses where $release.changelog ".type" "eq" $key with ordered groups that include chore). With this entry left as type: "chore", the GreptimeDB compatibility break will still render in the chore section despite breaking: true, so users scanning the structured changelog can miss the required GreptimeDB v1.x upgrade.
