Closing: fchub-stream is discontinued and no longer maintained.

The source stays in the repository because the project may return and others may fork it, but it is not built, not released, and not patched. Dependency updates against it would be maintenance of a plugin that has none.

.github/dependabot.yml already excludes this path from version updates — security updates arrive from the alert feed, which does not read that config, which is why this was opened anyway. Nothing to do about that short of dismissing the alerts, which is the next thing to happen.
