Summary

remove the AstraFlow-specific managed CLI resolver from the site Skill
install persistently into the real user's conventional CLI directory with one approved host command
keep later site operations inside the Default sandbox
align Windows with the same user-owned ~/.local/bin location

Validation

go test ./...
sh -n install.sh
git diff --check
