Vouch request: anishfyi for focused TypeScript bug fixes #4852

Activity
Both focused fixes are now implemented and pushed while I wait for vouch approval:
- bug(v3): maxElapsed timeout boundary bypassed in ExponentialBackoff.execute #3726: main...anishfyi:trigger.dev:fix-3726-backoff-wall-clock
- bug: CLI crashes with "Invalid comparator: catalog:" when @trigger.dev/* deps use workspace catalogs (bun/pnpm catalog: protocol) #3905: main...anishfyi:trigger.dev:fix-3905-catalog-protocol
The focused Vitest suites, relevant public package builds, formatting, and lint checks pass under Node 24 with pnpm 10.33.2. I also revised the #3726 regression test to use real elapsed time rather than mocks, following the repository testing guidance.

Why do you want to contribute?
I would like to contribute focused fixes for #3726 and #3905. I plan to keep each change in its own PR with targeted Vitest regression coverage, formatting, linting, and the relevant package build passing.
Prior contributions or relevant experience
