Approving the 0.10.3 release. Changelog is complete and current — covers #261 (context-bom read-receipt), #263 (F1–F4 latent-bug fixes), and #264 (framework stage-3 config-AST), all already merged to main on green CI. Version bump 0.10.2 → 0.10.3 is correct for a feat/fix set with no breaking changes.
