Summary

Improve the commit details panel by opening the Changes tab by default and compacting empty folder hierarchies in the diff file tree.
Preserve the bottom panel resize ratio instead of relying on a fixed height.
Improve Git Flow actions by pulling behind branches before flow operations, validating created branches/configuration, and fixing Git Flow finish modal branch/tag wrapping.
Refine Git error formatting by hiding non-actionable default-branch-name warnings.
