perf: lazy load faucet demos

Summary

• remove the page-level interactive and mipd flags from the faucet docs pages so they render statically by default
• replace the inline wallet and address demo JSX with small on-demand loader components
• lazy load the heavy faucet demo/provider tree only after the user explicitly opens a demo, keeping wagmi.config and the wallet stack out of the initial route path

Validation

• bun run check (passes; existing warnings remain in scripts/lighthouse.ts)
• bun run check:types
• bun run build
