remove context.json and versions.json

What does this PR do?

• removes context.json - Added in EDU-4156: Improve AI Ingestion (#3468) / 08a50fb. Don't think it's needed with llms.txt. Links inside were also stale (/go-sdk/...) and file isn't easily discovered and it's not up to date.
• versions.json - This is an empty file. Docusaurus docs-versioning stub ([]). Added with Add versioning (#27) / 7ce2cd1 (Jun 2020). Versions cleared in c58cb4e (“removed versions”, Aug 2020).
