Basic preprocessing pipeline for animal trajectory data (such as fish or locust data from TRex, idTracker.ai, etc.)

Currently supported data formats: TRex, idTracker.ai, FastTrack. Adding support to other data-formats should be straightforward, and can be done by adding an appropriate data loader function. See the __init__() function of the TrajectoryPreprocessor class to see how this is handled.
