Set the Sentry snapshot diff threshold to 0.1% so visual regression uploads ignore sub-pixel rendering noise.

Set the Sentry snapshot upload diff threshold to 0.1% by passing
diff_threshold: 0.001tosentry_upload_snapshots.This filters out tiny visual changes such as sub-pixel rendering noise while keeping larger screenshot regressions reportable.
