neutralizationGateprimitive shipped in 0.107.0 (was exported but undocumented). Adds it to the README gate enumeration + adocs/improvement-glossary.mdentry: blanks an AgentProfileDiff axis's content to byte-matched filler, requires the lift to vanish (else decorative) — the one gate that proves the CONTENT caused the lift, not added prompt bytes. Pairs with heldOutGate.
