feat(about): Add Niki Brandner to team

Summary

• Adds Niki Brandner to the Syntax team on the about page
• Uses src/assets/niki.jpeg for the default photo and src/assets/komatsu.jpeg for the hover photo
• Adapts the supplied bio copy for the existing team-card style

Note: pnpm install --frozen-lockfile completed dependency install but exited with pnpm ignored-builds / Playwright host dependency warnings in the sandbox. Local installed binaries were used for validation.
