Convert System Requirements content to table format

Description

• Convert the System Requirements page content into a clean, scannable table format for easier readability and faster comprehension.
• Replaces the bullet-style sections (Operating Systems, Hardware Environment, and Flutter SDK installation guides) with two consolidated tables:
  • Development Requirements – lists OS, processor, RAM, hard disk space, SDK installation, and verify-installation in a single Requirement | Details table.
  • Supported Deployment Targets – consolidates mobile, desktop, and web targets into a single Platform | Supported Versions table.
• Preserves the existing SDK Version Compatibility table at the bottom of the page without any content change.
• Retains all original links (Flutter supported platforms, install guides for Windows/macOS/Linux) so no information is lost.
