Drop llms.txt hero section and Welcome heading from intro

The llms.txt block is for machines, not humans landing on the docs — pulling it out of the hero. Also dropping the redundant `## Welcome` heading; the page title ("Introduction") already does that job.

The page now opens with the description tagline, then the API/CLI cards, then the CLI quickstart.
