Site Survey → Design Narrative: turns a solar site-survey bundle (photo-log PDF, measurements, voice-note transcripts) into a designer-ready assessment document on SuperDocs — vision-read attachments, review-mode editing with per-change approval, DOCX/MD export, and a grounding verifier that fails the run if any observation lacks a real citation. Demo video link coming in a follow-up commit.
