This fails real LFRic with:

Transformation Error: Error in LFRicAlgTrans transformation. The supplied codecannot be uplifted to an Algorithm layer because there is an unrecognised Fortran construct containing an invoke:
! PSyclone CodeBlock (unsupported code) reason:
!  - Error processing declarations: fparser2 node of type 'Procedure_Declaration_Stmt' not supported
