Add Blux to the Wallet Integration page

What this PR does

Adds Blux to the Wallet Integration page (docs/tools/developer-tools/wallets.mdx)
so Stellar developers can discover it as an onboarding and wallet-connection
option for their dApps.

About Blux

Blux is a Stellar Community Fund (SCF) awarded project. It has completed its
testing phase and is now in a stable release, ready for production use by
developers and end users.

Highlights:

• Sign in with email, social accounts (Google, Discord, GitHub, X, LinkedIn,
  and more), or passkeys
• Supports a broad range of Stellar wallets: Freighter, Rabet, WalletConnect,
  HOT Wallet, Hana, xBull, Lobstr, Albedo, Bitget, OneKey, Ledger, and Trezor
• Pre-built hooks and modals for transaction signing, balance checking, swaps,
  transaction history, and on/off-ramp flows

The Blux section is currently added at the very top of the page, above SDF's own Stellar Wallets Kit and Freighter entries. Could you move it down to sit with the other third-party wallet-infrastructure entries (near Dfns and Privy) instead? That keeps SDF's flagship tools leading the page and groups Blux with similar offerings.

The content itself looks good and CI is green!
