Remove
AIPolicyfrom the handwritten AI Gateway documentation. Describe the currentAIGateway-only configuration model, gateway-level budget webhooks, and the required budget deployment sequence.The generated management API specification remains unchanged and will be refreshed through the upstream release sync.
