Why

SQLTide needs a runnable first experience that shows how a virtual candidate changes results without changing the consumer query.

Changes

• Add sqt playground [directory], which creates a packaged example offline and refuses existing destinations, including dangling symlinks.
• Include one orders model, synthetic stream-table input, local-only ClickHouse Compose setup, and plain commands for plan, build candidate, inspect, live input, and promote.
• Keep consumer SQL unchanged, use explicit full refresh for the filter-only revision, and explain real dependencies, fixed IDs, one-shell execution, safe restart, and publication limitations.
• Preserve SQLClean lint/format registration and package templates in wheels and source distributions.

Verification

• 347 CLI unit tests and the real ClickHouse 25.8 playground integration regression passed on 0.61.0.
• Live flow: A=3/B=2; after inserts A=5/B=3; promotion switches the unchanged query to B=3 while source/A retain 5.
• Bounded review found no blockers. Locked sync, Ruff, ty, Fensu, diff checks, and public-repository hygiene passed.
• Previously smoke-tested installed-wheel generation, offline compilation, all 11 template assets, and existing-directory rejection; CI rechecks cross-platform distributions and broad suites.
