Why

Recall step 09 should read quickly and make the point that the history is SQL. One query can show both the audit warning and that the build still exited 0, and the warehouse check reads better as a single lookup than as a join.

Changes

• Homepage step 09 and the Recall page investigation: the first query joins audit_results with invocations to show the audit warned while the build exited 0.
• sqb recall output last stays as the middle step.
• The warehouse query is now a single stg_payments lookup that finds the negative payment.
• Regenerated skill reference pages.

Verification

• Output captured from the same waffle shop run on sqlbuild 0.162.0 used in docs: show a Recall investigation on the homepage and across the docs #1171.
