Why

The family footer should open SQLTide's current public homepage.

Changes

• Replace the legacy SQLTide docs destination with https://sqltide.io/ in the homepage and docs footer.
• Preserve all other destinations, logos and styling.
• Extend existing homepage/docs tests to check every family destination.

Verification

• All 17 website tests passed, including build/internal links, light/dark, mobile/desktop and accessibility checks.
• Independent read-only review: no findings.
• Public-repository hygiene scan and git diff --check passed.
• Website-only change; no runtime or package changes.
