Summary
Kit now reloads Agent Plugin configuration and packages at live tool and turn boundaries, atomically publishing MCP servers and plugin-provided skills while retaining the last valid generation after an invalid update.
tool_search,auth, and live prompt paths observe refreshed plugins without requiring a process restart.Closes #70
