Replace all references to the old single-tier StorageNode model with the new StorageNodeSet / StorageNode / StorageNodeOps three-tier model: - reference/operator.md: rewrite Storage Node section into three sections (StorageNodeSet fleet management, StorageNode read-only instance, and StorageNodeOps one-shot actions); update CRD overview table - k8s-storage-plane.md: update lifecycle diagram and deployment walkthrough to use StorageNodeSet; update multi-cluster examples - operator-cluster-operations.md: replace StorageNode action patching with StorageNodeOps create/watch/delete pattern; update node state inspection commands to use storagenodeset and storagenodes - expanding-storage-cluster.md: patch StorageNodeSet.spec.workerNodes instead of StorageNode.spec.workerNodes - deployments/kubernetes/index.md: add StorageNodeSet, StorageNode, and StorageNodeOps to the CRD overview table CRD spec auto-generation is out of scope for this PR.
