Add Oliver forest green app

Summary

Create the App Builder app "Sarah's App Fri, Aug 21, 1:35:59 pm" as a Datadog Apps workspace package. The app renders a simple snazzy Oliver screen with the requested forest-green title treatment and uses the required App Builder identifier.

Changes

• Scaffolded apps/sarah-s-app-fri-aug-21-1-35-59-pm with the Datadog Apps Vite React template.
• Replaced the default starter content with a centered forest-green oliver display and subtle gold/green visual accents.
• Set the app metadata name and required apps.identifier value.
• Regenerated the root package-lock.json so the new workspace app and workspace link are recorded.

Testing/Validation

• Merged latest origin/master before scaffolding; incorporated default branch SHA 3e60757.
• Ran npm install --package-lock-only --ignore-scripts.
• Ran npm ci --ignore-scripts.
• Confirmed package-lock.json contains apps/sarah-s-app-fri-aug-21-1-35-59-pm and node_modules/sarah-s-app-fri-aug-21-1-35-59-pm entries.
• Ran npm run typecheck -w apps/sarah-s-app-fri-aug-21-1-35-59-pm.
• Ran npm run lint -w apps/sarah-s-app-fri-aug-21-1-35-59-pm.
• Ran npm run build -w apps/sarah-s-app-fri-aug-21-1-35-59-pm; dry-run output showed identifier 23fc1b63-4cc4-444d-ad50-192e6d4f9b15.
• Ran local Vite dev server and validated with Playwright at desktop and mobile viewport sizes, including computed title color rgb(16, 89, 67).
